Return Policy

All the returned packages with failure delivery, i.e., multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or refusal, we are not responsible for the shipping and return shipping if applicable, store credit will be issued with deduction of shipping cost from the original payment according to the receipt of the returned packages.

We give our customers 10 business days from receipt of the item(s) to return back to us for an exchange. Customer need to pay the shipping to ship the return back first. Invoice # and customer contact information must be included with return inside box or package, for better service.
 
If the return caused by manufacturer defect or receiving wrong shoes (for shoe orders), we will be fully responsible for the mistakes, the return shipping will be reimbursed. The original shipping amount which was paid for the item to be sent is the maximum amount which will be paid for return shipping, so please choose the return shipping method accordingly. If return is due to manufacturer defect (rips, tears, missing pieces/parts [straps or ties], or missing sequins or materials) we offer either a refund for the product's amount, or a store credit plus 10% of the value of the item.
 
If the return not caused by manufacture defect or receiving the wrong item, original shipping is not refundable and ONLY store credit will be issued according to receipt of the return. If coupon or discount applied on the original order, the amount will be taken off from the store credit accordingly.
 
For packages refused by customers, there may be additional shipping cost charged by carrier.
 
The package must be returned with original package, all the return w/o original package will be refused; all the return of used condition will not be accepted and will be refused. The item must show no signs of use.
 
NOTE: NO RETURN WITHOUT TAG. SO PLEASE DO NOT TEAR OFF THE TAG WHEN TRYING THE DRESSES. SOME ITEMS MAY NOT COME WITH TAGS. IF YOUR ITEM DID NOT COME WITH A TAG PLEASE NOTIFY US AND WE SHALL INVESTIGATE.
 
NOTE: DUE TO HEALTH RESTRICTIONS, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY COSTUMES, LINGERIE, HOSIERY, SWIMSUIT OR INTIMATE APPAREL ITEMS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
 
NOTE: WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR CLEARANCE/SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES OR ITEMS COSTING 14.99 and UNDER. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

NOTE: WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS IN EXCHANGE FOR STORE CREDIT FOR ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASED WITH CREDITS OR VOUCHERS FROM DEAL OR COUPON WEBSITES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

NOTE: ON PURCHASES THAT HAVE BEEN REFUNDED, HOWEVER INITIALLY HAD FREE SHIPPING (DUE TO PROMOTIONS OR OFFERS). THE REFUND AMOUNT WILL BE LESS THE SHIPPING COST. EXAMPLE: IF PURCHASING AN ITEM FOR $60, AND RETURNING FOR REFUND, THE AMOUNT REFUNDED WILL BE $60 LESS THE INITIAL SHIPPING COST
 
 
 
Return Procedure
Before returning the package back to us for any reason, please request a return by sending us an email at returns(at)NextSTATUS.com
 
Our representative will review your request within 24 hours as per our return policy. They may refuse the request  if it does not follow our return policy
 
After customers get confirmation of the accepted request, please proceed to ship the item back to us at:
